Hey guys, ive moved houses and am looking for fast internet, and i heard some providers give a free modem/router on signup. Looking for recommendations for fast unlimited downloads and reliable internet provider, for streaming and gaming. Currently Home Wireless Broadband and NBN™ are available at my address.

Good point. Usually 12 month contracts.
2 years for Telstra and 3 years for Optus.
The loyalty premium. Good point. People should stay away from those two.
Fyi unlimited $90 Telstra plan is changing to $95 in case that makes a difference

Check the free modem/router T&Cs. The catch is if you change ISPs early you pay out the remaining pro-rata fee and this can set you back a few hundred dollars.
