    These bad boys crank.
I’ve got 2 and I am very impressed with their performance.

    • I agree mate, I got mine the other week and I am also chuffed with the performance, neighbours not so much.

Plugged it into my kids old TV via 3.5mm Audio Jack and bam we watching Frozen with budget surround sound :)

I like the ergonomic strap, helps ensure comfort if paired with Nike TNs when playing your personal favourites on the train in the morning peak hour. A nice upgrade from the phone speaker ++

Also excellent for enjoying the serenity while hiking on a popular trail

SMH, I have actually had people cross my path cranking tunes while on bushland hikes.. "how's the serentity".

  • How well can this project bass? (Lowest real world frequency response?)

Are speakers like the xp700 a different class to this?

    Boom Plus $159.99

    Boom Chicka Boom

  • Boom 2 is the new version of Motion Boom.

the newer version of Motion Boom Plus will probably be called Boom Plus 2.

but whats confusing is there is a smaller Boom 2 without tweeters called Boom 2 SE which is sold on aliexpress for much cheaper. so basically there are 3 sizes now?

    • Confusing of course. Motion Boom was 30w whereas Boom Plus as well as Boom 2 are both 80w. So would think the Boom 2 is the new Boom Plus.

      • yeah but size is completely different. old Boom plus will easily beat the Boom 2. the only advantage Boom 2 has is the RGB.

also anker au is joking around with the Boom 2 price. I saw it when it was on amazon US $129.99 on release, quickly had a 10% off coupon on that so only $117 USD which is $177 AUD according to google right now.

its now $109.99 no coupon https://www.amazon.com/soundcore-Subwoofer-Waterproof-Floata…
        so $167 AUD. not $250 lol. 😂

I think if you order from amazon US now it will be around $240 AUD total incl shipping fees. so basically anker are making you pay shipping from the US even though the item is already in the Aus warehouse.

        • So this is better or the same as the Boom 2?

Note: I don't care about RGB but I'd prefer to have aux

@LurkMoar: I would go with Boom plus its also much lower in price.

Note: I don't care about RGB but I'd prefer to have aux

then Boom plus is the way. Boom 2 doesnt have aux in.
