        I do not, last time I installed one 2.5kW costed me 850, but that's because behind the wall there's Hot Water System, so it has to be extended.

        I plan to get some quotes again.

        Yes, if they ask for the shipping fee, just enter your details at FastFlex (doesn't have to be real, use your neighbour's address) and the website will say "shipping will be quoted on ($0)" and show the total to them.

          Coogle air quoted $1,547 including the unit and before the cashback, so hoping for a cheaper installation price elsewhere.

    Did anyone receive their voucher? My claim was approved, but there are no signs of the voucher, and calls to MHI are going straight to voicemail. Are they really going to take six weeks to send out the voucher? 🤦🏽‍♂️

      Yes, they do drag their feet with paying out- and the claim status is wildly out of sync to where the actual payment is at. My status was showing confirmed for the cashback, then it bounced to more info required/on hold but a week later the payment randomly went through. When I called up to clarify what infor was required(everything was already completed and submitted) prior to the payment going through-the voice prompts just directs you to email-which I did and got a generic response on my status, so I'd just be patient and sit tight, I'm sure it'll come though… eventually..

          Direct deposit straight into bank acc. It was deposited by the promoter so the name on the transaction was nothing related to MHI, FYI
