Upsized 10% cashback on most categories with $20 cap. ShopBack has not made clear whether this is $20 cap per transaction or per account.

Just received a notification from ShopBack. Ignore the eBay Plus logo since I believe it is for the wrong promo.

The 15/22% off eBay Plus Weekend codes are listed on ShopBack and will qualify for cashback.

Unsure what codes will be stackable since the picture did say special codes (could be the eBay Plus weekend codes)

Don’t forget to activate the loyalty spend promo

Excluded categories:

  • Items in the Travel category
  • Charity and non-profit items
  • eBay Plus membership
  • Items with Best Offer accepted prices and Auctions
  • Items paid using any type of voucher or eBay credit

    As Smallman says I think it's to do with eBay Loyalty Challenge which seems to be getting populated now and split up into various chunks for some reason
    Check the 'Your order details' I have small tracking amounts plus 1 big one (not tracked yet)

      @redhotchilli I didn't participate in the eBay loyalty challenge. My 3 orders have tracked now but not at 10% for standard or bank cashback.

      My one still showing total spent as $0.00, although they correctly tracked my e-bay transaction date. I spent $300 so should show 3x$3

    Makes me worry about trusting Shopback deals in the future.
    This one might be OK as it is very public and effects lots of people, but what happens in the future if it is just one person against 'the system', communicating via slow emails a few days apart? Not loving it

    Mine initially tracked but still says “Calculating” (was a $250 purchase) Today I got an email from ShopBack that a separate $0.83 tracked from a $166 purchase at an earlier time of the day - what is going on?

    Finally after waiting around 2 weeks my transaction from eBay has been tracked again with bonus bank card. However the amount tracked was incorrect for both. I support to get upsize 10% cashback not normal 5% cashback.

    Please work on correct amount upsize cashback too. I’d better waiting around rather than send email though helpdesk ( Sri ) again this guy is useless support helpdesk l ever seen. ( copy paste to everyone with the same replied ) and ask me to provide a feedback even the case was unclear the answer!!! I don’t want to deal with him again!!! As least someone associated with ShopBack from ozbargain working on eBay and bank card is in progress ( missing upsize cashback) I hope it will source it out very soon.

      Update. I already got tracked everything back to the right amount ( eBay 10% and St.George 10% cashback ) at 16:00 17/05/24 since reported 06/05/24, thank to ozbargain for taking care of this issue by keep reporting until we got what we paid for. I think everyone will getting back the right amount soon. Just keep and eye on your ShopBack app. Good luck for everyone who shop on eBay on Friday 03/05/24 by using ShopBack with code or without code

            @Blurayz: Mine also tracked wrong, and have now been deleted/removed. Just hang tight, the fix will come through.

            Edit: mine now all fixed.

            Just waiting on the 4 x $3 challenge bonus to come through. I have a feeling this may need to be manually done.

              Before the fix, other than wrong discount applied (not 10%), did your purchase amount also show less than actual for standard e-bay cashback?

              My actual purchased amount was $308.10 (after 22% discount), but on the app it shows only $201.39 and my cashback only $1.01 (0.5%).
              $3 for every $100 also still missing, should have $9 but currently have $0
              Only Bank bonus is correct

      The ShopBack + Bank Bonus cashback is fixed on my account (Hoooooray!)

      Still missing the $3 for every $100 spend bonus as per the challenge that was running alongside the 10% + 10% cashback, I should have the full $12 and I currently have $0, which wasn't the case before the calculating/declined stuff-up.
