      I don't sup with DHA as all tests show me fine without, but some claim conversion below requirements.

      For ALA just put a tablespoon of ground flax/linseed into a meal. (eg: add to a smoothie, etc.). Thar's basically what this pill is.

  A gimmick. ALA has insignificant dha
