You can use the media file uploader to upload images of your items, and then paste the link in the description. To use the file uploader, click on “My Account” in the top menu, then “files” in the second level menu. Once the item has been sold, please prefix your subject line with '[Sold]'
Please also enable private messaging (by hovering over “My Account” in the top menu bar, clicking “Settings”, then checking the “Allow private messages” checkbox) so that other members can communicate with you privately.
This is a website for bargain hunters with a savvy user base. It may be more profitable to just sell your item on eBay/Gumtree.

Not inferring anything, but be aware that new members who just join and post a item for sale, should be considered a lot more risky to deal with.
