  • Yeah I think at one stage they were close to double that price.
Saw these in at Docklands but don't remember the price.

  • Has anyone used one of these?
    What's the quality like?

    • I have a 148pcs set & they are great, no complaints.
Certainly much better quality then other Chinese/Taiwanese el cheapo sets.
$79.99 for 206pcs set is a bargain IMHO
Also come (mine did) with lifetime warranty, so if you break anything they will replace it.

      • Can anyone confirm where these tools are manufactured from?

        • On my set (148pcs) it just says "Made by Cooper hand tools"
I have a fairly new Crescent spanner set & it says "Manufactured in Taiwan to Cooper's specifications"
So most likely the set is made in Taiwan, but like I said before quality is very good.
If you working with your tools everyday I would go for Kincrome, Sidchrome or Stahlwille.
For home use Crescent is great, especially at that price.

  • I bought it at regular price $144.99 from Costco Lidcombe 10 months ago. Changed shocks, fuel filter, drive belts etc. in my Nissan. Quality is okay.
