Game Traders - 50% Off Almost All Floor Stock
[P] tamaebty on 01/07/2009 - 13:40 (www.gametraders.com.au)

I’ve just been down to my local shops at Forest Lake QLD and noticed that Game Traders have 50% off all their floor stock (with only a few exceptions). I’m sure some stock has been removed - but still pretty good value on some games.

Is this at any other GameTraders?
Can anyone confirm this at VIC stores?

GameTraders stores are independently owned so each store has different sales ;)

I asked the one in Croydon if they have the 50% off pre-owned games like Eastland had once..

It’s on at the Browns Plains store as well. It’s 50% off marked price - some pre-played games on PS3 come down to $20-30 - which is a bargain I reckon. Some of the newer games are marked as $20 or $30 off.

I think both the stores are owned by the same person and were advertised for sale some months back so might be something to do with that.

Doubt it’d be at any other stores.

How do their prices compare to EBGames, who I usually find pretty cheap for PreOwned?
Plenty of good PS2/Xbox for about $10 at EB, even some of the rare ones, although good luck fiding a copy?!
Also do they do PS1 and other older consoles, I collect these and struggle to find them now. Even most cash converters only have a few games. Ebay is usually expensive.
