How did you get the free shipping? Is there a list of the free shipping cartons?

Free shipping is usually in a ‘bubble’ next to the bottle in the picture, although this was not the case with the Merlot. I just found out at checkout and hence included it in case anyone else wanted to take advantage of this paticular offer.
