A bargain nonetheless :)

hehe, gotta laugh… that photo would be perfect if it had a box of tissues next to it, then you’d have the holy trinity of body lotion/tissues/internet ;-)

From the back, “the fragrance known for its relaxing properties, when used as part of a regular routine has been proven to give you a better quality sleep”.

OK, need to move the bottle away from the computer now. Colleagues giving me weird looks.

Mmm, lotion. I’m about to head down to my local Woolworths to literally get something for nothing :-) Excellent find.

Nice deal but too much effort to get your $6 back. Pass!!

Gravatar

twinbag on 08/02/2010 - 21:24 ¶

I don’t think you’ll receive more than you pay for it. The terms say “to the RPP of $6.99”, meaning that’s the maximum they’ll pay. If it only costs you $5.99 that’s all you’ll get back.
Good deal all the same.

Gravatar

Moderator neil on 08/02/2010 - 21:41 ¶

Yeah, its a bit vague but it didn’t say “up to” it just said “to”, so I’d assume it would be the full $6.99 but who knows. Also, that should read RRP, mistyped that.

I’ve noticed that “Nivea body firming lotion with Q10” (not sure how many mls but it costs $9.99 at Coles) has a FREE TRIAL sticker on it. But i have no idea what that means because there is no explanation anywhere on the bottle to explain or show what “FREE TRIAL” infers. The bottle is wrapped in plastic and comes with a free Q10 hand cream sample (tiny sachet) - maybe that’s the Free Trial. Terrible marketing nonetheless.

dorothi_toto on 17/03/2010 - 15:05 ¶

This deal is so much better than the Dove (that’s also on right now). No silly claim forms, no marketing surveys you have to fill out. Simply, the sticker and your receipt. I only sent mine in last week and a week later got my reimbursement (money order!! Surprised at the efficiency!

Got my money order today for $7, they added an extra $.01 so $.46 profit for me. Still haven’t used the lotion though…
