    Still no amazing highlight :(

Hmm… Blood Dragon is actually really good. I can't speak for any of the other games, and have been generally disappointed by GWG for the past few months, but I'm genuinely excited to get Blood Dragon again (had it on my ps3, but haven't been able to find an Xbox copy since I converted).

BD is a ridiculous parody of all the over the top 1980s sci fi/action flicks. It refuses to take anything seriously (including its own tutorial), and while it is just FC3 with a different overlay (with all that is good and bad included) it is still definitely worth your time.

Oh, and there are T-Rex's with lasers on their heads. So, yea, it's awesome.

          I'm sold.

Shouldn't this be in the forums

    Fair value this month

  • When will they give us Far Cry 3 or make it backward compatibile!

Murdered is a fun easy albeit short game. I was a sucker and paid $60 at launch.

Blood Dragon is one of the best expansions ever.

    • +3

Yep, I really enjoyed Murdered. Don't go in expecting a fast paced shooter (or any shooting at all) and you'll be pleasantly surprised I'm sure.

        Partial Spoilers:

Did you have trouble in the mental hospital with the ghosts just after you're done being a cat? It fell into my pile because I was too impatient, but I loved it up to that point ..

        • It was tricky yes but I got through it. I liked it enough to run back through parts for the platinum trophy.

Yeah, I thought Murdered was way better than reviewers made it out to be. Easy, short and a bit buggy - but the story was really cool. I also bought it launch day for $69 which was a sour experience, but for free - it's definitely worth the lazy Sunday afternoon play through.

    actually this is great value
super dungeons bros is about to hit stores nov 1 at $30 each
    not some year old title.

ozgameshop etc which ordered a stack of these are going to lose a bit of money with few ppl buying it and many cancelling.

  • I bought Murdered for $5 about 6 months back and still haven't touched it. Don't know how Super Dungeon Bros will be, Bloody Dragon is fun but just a short stand alone expansion, Can't go wrong with Monkey Island.

  • I've had Super Dungeon Bros on my Wishlist for a while, saved some money this month :D

  • Great month! Might sub again to get these.

the geniuses behind Blood Dragon's mind-melting soundtrack is none other than Power Glove - and they're based here in Melbourne.

    What a ragingly crap offering.

    • I already have the 2 360 titles, I'm not a pc/ps troll.

Shhh, if you say 'free' three times in the mirror they appear behind you! ;)

How appropriate. You fight like a cow.

  • Are these games to keep once downloaded, or can only be used during stated period?
