Was after a 40 inch lcd and after doing a lot of shopping around videopro had the best deal. i couldnt find this tv for a cheaper price anywhere.

if you're just after a full hd 40 inch lcd tv you can get one for about half of that (just without the led backlighting). Is the backlighting worth paying double?

A few minor mistakes with the title.
1st, the PVR is not from Sharp its from Topfield (its the Topfield TRF-7160 PVR) and its not free.
It will cost you $25 for delivery.
