I have both of these games at work (yes we have a Xbox 360 in the kitchen area) — are they that bad that EB Games have so many of them and have to give them out for free?

They are not that bad but they would had a heap of them traded in during the deals they had running last month where you could trade used games in for a big discount on some new games.
