This isn't exactly new news…

And how is it a bargain? The conditions of this "deal" are too strict (i.e. have to wait till your birthday and only once per year) to be considered a bargain.

    Nope, I don't. Topbuy has copped some flack because of their malpractices in the past. They also have a habit of raising prices/shipping costs when they gave out $10 vouchers last time…
    
    I have nothing against you, Topbuy is just a shonky trader selling garbage at high prices…

    Surely that wouldn't work - I'd imagine they'd have restrictions in place to prevent that, such as IP address tracking etc etc. Yes I know that it's possible to work around that but it's not really worth the hassle for $10 credit.

  Topbuy is always giving away $10 coupons. The problem is these can only be used on their regular priced items which are not very competitively priced, and with their inflated shipping costs there isn't really any bargain to be had.
