The game will be in NTSC format, but runs perfectly on Australian (PAL) consoles.
You wouldn't notice any difference in viewing.
DLC (if any) for the game will have to be downloaded from the HK PSN Store (i guess).
But any version updates to the game will be available automatically if your PS3 is connected to Internet when you start the game.
Online play (if any) will work as usual with any PSN account.
