cancelled status

Hi guys,

I am new to moneyback sorry if this is a dumb question.

Two of my dstore trasactions have a status of cancelled. What would be the reasons dstore would cancel these transactions and what can I do about it?

Hi trudy,

First of all, you do know that MoneyBackCo is a totally different service site to OzBargain, do you? Although you can always pop up a question about it here.

Secondly, can you detail us about the transaction? What did you buy, any vouchers you used? Any message from dstore?

Were you notified by dstore that the transaction was cancelled? Or only by MBC?

If it was dstore, then probably best to contact them. A lot of those orders made with 2 dstore vouchers together were cancelled from what I’ve read on whirlpool.

Hi Trudy,

Not really wanting to disclose details of your transactions in the public domain, I can tell you that dStore have recently started cancelling transactions where vouchers are used and also PayPal offers too.

Let me know if that doesn’t explain your cancellations.

Thank you. I did use vouchers so that makes sense.
John, I am aware that money back is a different site but the money back site says to use the ozbargain forum.
