  • The logo reminds me of ABC

      It’s a leaner version

        "ABC Ripped"

    • If you look closely you can see the "M" and "A" stacked up upon each other in our logo: MeccAmino.

  • No deal. Woolworths now sell C4 for $39.99 as their normal price. Last week it was in sale for $35 for 30 scoops.

    • Costco has a 2 pack for $50 every day afaik.

      Do you mean C4 Sport?
C4 Sport and C4 ripped are different products with different uses and ingredients.

My mistake Woolworths is indeed the C4 Sport version.

        I retract my above statement.

@meccamino - I am thinking about getting "EHPLabs OxyShred Fat Burner", just a few questions since it will be my first time to use fat burners:
    1. When to take this (pre or post workout)?
    2. Can I take it on empty stomach (to go with intermittent fasting)?
    3. I have "EHPLabs Acetyl L-Carnitine", but I haven't seen any real benefits, can I expect this "EHPLabs OxyShred" to be more effective?
    4. I have been getting a few panic attacks (like cannot breath in the bus when its packed) lately with cause unknown, hopefully it won't aggrevate it?

Sorry for too many questions, I will do my own research as well, but just wanted to ask in case you've encountered these questions before?

No problem at all, that's what we're here for.

      1. You take this Pre Workout, but can also be taken throughout the day for energy. I mix mine with Beta Alanine as it helps me train harder for longer. I've also completely removed the need for coffee while using OxyShred (which saves precious calories if you drink your coffee with milk!)

      2. Yes, the recommended dosage is first thing in the morning in a fasted state and before working out. It tastes great so it's a nice wake-up drink. (I personally love Mango).

      3. L-carnitine on it's own doesn't do anything without diet and exercise. It will help you burn more fat compared to not using it, however by itself without changes in your diet and exercise regime will yield no effect. We did a bit of light research on the topic and you can read about it here: https://meccamino.com.au/blog/acetyl-l-carnitine-good-for-we…
As for additional weight loss compared to L-Carnitine, it depends on your body - some people respond really well to ingredients in OxyShred like Ketones and Green tea extract. I've personally been using it and have noticed a difference in my body composition and have not gone overboard with calories restriction - however I have increased my HIIT cardio to 3 times a week.

      4. I'm sorry to hear that, I've had panic attacks before and they are terrible. Luckily OxyShred does not have heavy stimulants and does not make you jittery. I wouldn't classify Oxyshred as being a thermogenic like some other diet pills I've had in the past where you sweat for no reason, it's definitely a more gentle fat-loss support and energy supplement that you combine with diet and exercise .

I hope my answers have helped! Feel free to ask as many questions as needed.

      • Thanks for the detailed reply. I didn't realise there were flavors, which is good since the L-Carnitine product that I mentioned wasn't tasty at all.

        Will give it a shot!

        • Yes L-Carnitine is not very pleasant on it's own. It's got no flavour but has a funky smell and it is quite sour! Thankfully OxyShred is delicious!

I usually just look at the pictures without reading the titles when scrolling through ozb deals page, unless something catches my eyes.
So, I thought this is a deal for vending machine

    • OzBargain loves that photo! It can never seem to find the photo of the actual products.

  • We get asked quite a bit about OxyShred so we wrote an EHPLabs OxyShred Review if anyone else is interested.
