How to get offer:

1. Add GWENT Free to your GOG library (No need to download).
2. Link your GOG account with GWENT by Logging in your GOG account here
3. Subscribe here to claim The Witcher: Enhanced Edition and a GWENT Card Keg.
4. The game will be available in GOG Galaxy or under your account library in GOG.

    After performing the 3 step process in the OP either download GOG Galaxy and you can get the game through it or just head to https://www.gog.com/account and you can download it directly in your browser

    That's definitely odd, I'd suggest clearing your cookies and cache and try again if it fails.
