$0 FREE 90 Day Unlimited Trial with Google Music @ Google Play (New Users)

3430
CORE90DAYFREE

Free trial is usually only for 30 days. This deal needs to be taken up on a PC. If you click on the link on your mobile device, it will take either you to Google Play (and show you 30 days) or say that the site can't be reached. I've tried this link in Firefox and IE and they both show this message -

Try Unlimited
Free for 90 days
Special offer: Get your first 90 days on us, then just $11.99 per month.

This MIGHT not work if you have already redeemed a 90 days trial before.
May require coupon CORE90DAYFREE.

Credit to Yarmeli for the original post.

Edit - try clicking on this link if the above doesn't work.

    Worked on mobile. Thanks OP!

  • +1

Worked for me, had a trial subscription previously about the same time last year.

  • +1

Signing out & up again. Thanks op!

  • Does This offer include YouTube premium? I know the JBL offer doesn't.

    • +16

Nope, but my last free account expiring in 3 days did.
I think Red Tube is still free.

      • +1

Lmao! I wonder how many people slipped pass your comment and didn’t read it right LOL

        • Read past it and thought What The? There are two words that sound familiar. Are they still around?

    • +2

Sadly no, but you might want to check out YouTube Vanced for most YouTube red features.

  • +1

This is a long-running offer that was posted on OzBargain back in Feb 2017.

  • How does this compare to Spotify? Better/same?

    • +6

I prefer the Spotify app and the experience as a whole, but this is free so i'll stick with Google Play until Spotify offer 90 day free trial.

    • I am curious as well. Think I'll try it. I find the Spotify Mobile App doesn't have all the same functionality as the Desktop App and frankly a bit annoying.

      • Google music had no features like Spotify. Can't even continue paying on another device

    • I agree, I think the ux is better on Spotify, but the library is much larger on play. You also get youtube premium which is a bonus.

      • +2

        No Premium included anymore.

    • I would go Spotify without a doubt. I'm only using Google Play as I have YouTube red.

    • +2

      Spotify wins in terms of:
-> User experience (quick to start playing, responsive, not confusing)
      -> Library / music selection
      -> Music recommendations
-> Spotify is on more platforms

Theoretically Google wins in terms of audio quality with it's 320kbps mp3 format. I can't hear the difference when I compared with my Shure SE846 hooked up to a Dragonfly Red DAC in a quiet environment.

It's also easier to pirate music out of Google Music if that's your thing.

If you don't have anything yet, why not grab this 3 month trial and then grab whatever spotify trial is on at the time?

If you already have Spotify, don't bother.

      • +2

Add also that spotify works smoothly on belong free data (64kbps).

    • Depends if you are invested into the Google ecosystem or not.

Personally I use a lot of Google devices (smartwatch, phone, Chromecast, Google Home, etc) and the integration is better than any other streaming service.

However, if not for the integration, I think Spotify would beat it.

Worked for me, used free trial in the past.
Mobile chrome, no code needed. Thanks OP!

  • +1

Doesn’t work for YouTube premium anymore :(

  • +1

Will this give You Tube premium subscription as well?

  • +1

activated through edge..no code needed. thanks op

  • Added a new Google account but it's still not working for me. Should I also switch the account to a new Google account?

  • +1

Anyone know how long this code lasts? Still have a free subscription on Deezer and want to maximise time.

  • +1

Worked on one of my old Gmail accounts. Thanks, OP.

  • +1

Thanks OP. Worked on an account I hadn't used a trial on since Nov 2016

  • When does this offer end?

I want to maximise the length of the free trial by not activating yet as I am currently on a one month free trial on another account.

    • I don't know, sorry

    • Thinks it's almost always abaliable. I've been running 3 month trials almost a year with three accounts

  • awesome worked with my existing account and it expires on 24th Oct.

  • If I add my credit card, can I delete the details afterwards?

    • Yes, cancel your music subscription straight away and then remove your card details from the payment options in your google account.

  • +2

Thank you op. Account created signed up and cancelled subscription including removing payment method in under 5 mins. 3 months sorted

  • Do Google Music support lossless ?

    • +1

Well I haven’t paid them anything yet

  • +1

Thanx OP, will give this a crack. I do use play music but only for uploading/listening to my* music.

  • how does google music or red work when you use an account that's part of a family, do they all share the subscription?

  • +1

    Worked for me. Thanks OP.

  • +1

Worked for me despite past trials and paid use.
I got it to work on mobile also by using "Request desktop page" in chrome.
    Thanks OP!

  • Sorry, I'm a noob to this - what do I actually get by subscribing? Can I download the tracks / albums for offline listening?

    • Surprised no-one has answered you yet.
Yeah it's essentially the same as Spotify Premium or Deezer Premium etc.

Don't think it gives you ad free YouTube anymore though.

      • +1

Thanks, Pennypincher, I had given up on a reply, I figured it was probably too dumb a question.

  • Anyone know if this includes ad free YouTube too?

    • +2

If you have android. Use newpipe. YouTube has plenty of 1month free promotions as well, just register cancel and repeat every month or so, sometimes they have 3-6month promotions

      • Thanx for the newpipe suggestion, it works well for background play too!

  • thanks for this.. subscribed and cancelled. 90 day free trial remains

  • +1

    Confirmed still working :)

  • +2

    Thanks ! Worked 😁

  • Is there a limit to how many videos you can download (in either duration, total play time or quantity of videos)?

Also what happens to the videos after the trial period?

    • Limit is only the storage capacity of your device. It has to connect to YouTube every couple of weeks to validate your downloads or else they will expire and you can't play them. I have premium and I have no ads so not sure why everyone else is seeing ads.

  • +1

Thanks OP. I am not a brand new subscriber and this worked for me today. I have been keeping track of when I last subscribed to Google Play music, and it was a free trial in late August 2017 and today happens to be 12 months later.

  • +1

Thanks @chibot OP. Signed up. Need an overlap for when Spotify Premium finishes.

  • +1

Thanks OP. Awesome, can use my Google Home properly instead of that crappy shuffle play business.

  • +1

It seems if you take advantage of this deal you can't receive the 30 day free trial of YouTube Premium using the same email address

  • +1

Thank you very much OP for the deal. Much appreciated

  • +1

Thanks OP. Worked on old gmail account.

  • +1

Thanks OP. Worked on my account where I had used a free trial before that had since expired.

  • Code still works. Worked on account previously having done a 90 day trial :)

  • Still working, worked on account that has used 90 days trial before

  • Still working as of 22/04/2019

  • After signing up for this trial, it also gave me Youtube Music.

  • Questions - Im currently using a Google Play free 90 days.

If I try to get another 90 days while Im still finishing up the last free 90 days will that then lead to a charge?

Does all my current music stay on my phone if I downloaded it and then sign up with a different email address?
