    • TA, do you know why all eBay coupon codes seem to start with the letter P? It's not just eBay Australia either. It seems the coupons for eBay US and eBay UK follow the same pattern.

      • +7

It's simply a requirement of the coupon promotions tool used by eBay globally. It used to be C (remember COVFEFE). For now it's P.

      • +7

        It's P for price jack

  • 20% off* Selected Sellers

Hmmmm the allphones store (who are part of the promotion) charging more for their stock than the mobileciti store, despite them being the same company.
Also, the same products are cheaper on the allphones website than the allphones ebay store.
    DODGY AF!!

    • +13

It's ok, it's an eBay deal, automatic 100+ votes!

    • Definitely dodgy for allphones, but there are still some deals to be had here from the other stores.

  • As per the Ts&Cs for PROTON, it is selected items from here - looks to me that it isn't all tech?

    • +2

      Not even.

      • +1

        yeah, pretty odd.

    • +2

Pc byte isn't on PINGED, unfortunately (of course their prices aren't jacked like normal which was a good indicator)

      • +7

Strange, not sure how it appeared on my list, updated.

20% Tech Search Link > PINGED
Allphones Online | ProGadgets | Ryda | Tech Mall

20% Home Search Link > PLATES
Chalet Online | Discount Brands Australia | hardtofind | House | Knives & more | knives online | Linen Dreams | Ozplza living | Robins Kitchen | Victoria's Basement

        20% Search Link for both

    • This is the correct PINGED link. Removed PC Byte and added Tech Mall.
      EDIT: Beat me to it!

  • Some PC cases have not been jacked. The CPU coolers have only been slightly jacked so you still end up 10% cheaper than static ice.

  • This looks a lot like the deal we've all been waiting for.

    • Well you know, I was looking for Samsung phones in this sale, but in the end, those weren't the droids I was looking for.

  • Confused. Went to tech search provided by Thushan. Found a xiaomi gen 2 vacuum at PC Byte. Added to cart. Code didnt work.

    • PC Byte isn't included in this deal.

      • Yes my fault, I updated the search links to remove pc.byte and added tech.mall. I realised when I went to buy something too.

        • The add for PC byte products says pinged now fyi

    • +1

Tech Mall have them included in the promo, but it's price jacked pretty heavily. Comes down to $499 with the 20% though. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Xiaomi-Mi-Roborock-S50-Robot-Vac…

Ryda don't jack their eBay prices. Their real store is cheaper than their eBay prices, but I just picked up a Sony RX100 VI for $1351 in this sale which is cheaper than anywhere for genuine Aussie stock with tax invoice.

    • They have definitely price jacked I was going through the ebay store yesterday for a sony lens

      • Well the cameras were the same price yesterday. I've been watching them for weeks.

  • Damn, Bing Lee doesn't have the Breville BES920 on their ebay store :(

    • I'm after the BES920 too. What's the cheapest?

      • I can only find $888 on Bing Lee's site.

Seems they can be had for $700's from past 20% deals.

    • yup i was looking for this too :(

considering the 870 now but that dual boiler tho

edit: woops, didn't realise it was already provided

  • Anyone found any sweet video card deals?

  • Tempted to pick up a V10 Animal @ $719.20. I know it's not as good as the flash deal earlier this year, I'm no eBay+ member, but still better than the $899RRP of V10 Animal. Thoughts?

Edit: Ordered, been holding out for a while. I've got a dying Dyson handheld from 5 years ago that is waiting to be replaced. I'll keep both and repurpose the older one as a backup.

  • Damn where's the 25% off for eBay plus ppl?

    • Less likely to happen now the eBay plus free for a month offer has ended and those of us who didn't cancel are locked in. It's how promotions normally work, suck people into thinking it's a better deal that it ends up being. I bought it too, but did save $100 on a TV.

      • Yeah ok I might cancel it I got three days left

  • New user here, sorry for the newbie question but - how/where do you enter the codes? is that in the 'enter coupon' field AFTER the payment details stage?

    • Yep, there's only one coupon prompt

    • On the payment page, the is a box below the payment and shipping info to add the code.

    • It won’t show up when you view the cart but on checkout it will. I was also looking for it initially, just go to the next step and the bottom of the next page will have the coupon field.

  • thanx Op… got the Arlo Pro 2 - 3 camera set for under $850

  • Looking for a new phone under $500. Do people think Nokia 8 is good for $486? or better options available?

For local stock is good price actually.

Tempted to jump on the Dyson V10 Animal for $719.20

    • Yeah same my temptation lasted for 10 seconds and bought it after LOL. I already have the notification that it’s ready for pick up.

      • I still have my DC59 (pre V series) from 4 years ago and it's still going strong. I use it everyday, at least 5-6 times. My big barrel DC54 just stays in the closet! AAAHHHHH decisions!

        • Dooooeeeet! :D I have a V6 absolute handheld. In high power it doesn't last any longer than 5 seconds, and on normal I can get 10 - 15mins out of it. I had a DC20 barrel and have donated it away. They've received a lot of abuse over time and have served me well so I don't think too badly of the prices. The V6 has had a lot of work with two golden retrievers in the house while the DC20 also was my first unit and has served me well as I had an Alaskan Malamute in the household at the time.

        • @MaxximusD: apparently getting new batteries from Dyson is straightforward and brings them back to life.

  • Everything I am after has been pricejacked. Blasphemy.

  • How do you guys check the price previously?

    • You can’t see it retrospectively. You just have to be aware of what they were charging prior to the promo.

  • are the TV's jacked up ?

    • +1

I bought a KD65X9000F, it is by far the cheapest its ever been. $300+ cheaper than the last sale listed on OzB.

      This sale has delivered.

Edit: The pre-discount price itself is $300 cheaper than every other retailer right now. With discount its $900 cheaper than currently advertised catalogue prices.

no delivery to Melbourne metro .. eh !! :(

        • Binglee doesnt seem to deliver anywhere except Sydney.

Excluded shipping: Adelaide Metro, Brisbane Metro, Melbourne Metro, Northern Territory, NSW Regional, Perth Metro, QLD Far North, QLD Regional, QLD South East, SA Regional, Tasmania, VIC Regional, WA Regional, WA Remote, PO Box

Let down to say the least.

          @whzzz28:

I set my primary ebay delivery address to a relative in Sydney then it will let you click and collect from most bing lee stores in Australia. Already called my local store (Regional NSW) and they have my order so worked perfectly then just changed my address back to normal

to make it clear the restriction is on your primary ebay delivery address and for some reason affects your ability to add to cart for click and collect orders

      • Wow that sounds good.

Can anyone shed a light on how the returns work if purchased from ebay store of Bing Lee? compared to the physical store? Would it be more hassle? I can see in the listing that buyer pays for the returns

  • +1

    Thanks OP.

  • Sad binglee has got only one dishwasher on sale around the $800 mark
