Here are some conditions…

How to claim

  1. Collect 5 barcodes from any Huggies® Newborn or Infant sized nappy packs.
  2. Collect 1 barcode from any Huggies® Baby Wash or Lotion pack.
  3. Complete the claim form below.
  4. Complete your credit card details OR attach a cheque or money order for $12.95 Postage and Handling. Cheques should be made payable to “Huggies Newborn Baby Play Shade Offer”.
  5. Send your claim form and attachments to: Huggies Newborn Play Shade Offer PO Box 613, Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre, NSW 2004
  6. Play Shades will be available for delivery from 4th February 2008. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. For an update on the number of Play Shades left to claim, visit www.huggies.com.au for further details.
  7. Please fill out the claim form using BLOCK LETTERS. A * denotes mandatory information to allow us to fulfil your claim.
