      On these sitewide coupons, yes, I believe the seller gets the full amount and there is usually not too much price jacking.

      Yes - I had sold a few things earlier in the year and was offered a lower price. I told them to use a 5% off code, included the code, and they bought for the buy it now price I had listed the item for (and I got the full amount). I assumed they did use the code.

      I've found a simple hack to circumvent this.

      1. Add surplus items from reputable sellers to make the minimum required spend for the offer.
      2. Order items with code.
      3. Immediately request cancellation of surplus items.
      4. Profit!

      Nevermind I read the fine print, only up to 10 items per transaction. It was a $910 transaction but 14x $65 items, so only gave me 10% off for the first 10 x $65 and the remaining 4 at full price. Easily split!

    On the other hand, I bought a "Cocoon Model Maker 3D printer" from Aldi at half price ($149.5) but it seems too small. In fact it is still in box.

          I think price to performance you can't beat the new Fuji X-T3.

          Dream cam for me is probably still the Nikon D850 though.

          If you're invested in Canon you could probably bide your time for now, the glass still has Sony beat IMO

            @diamondd: The Canon lenses adapt well, I went from 5DMK4 to A7R2 (and now A7R3) and used my Canon glass for a while. I have gone almost completely Sony glass now tho. Its very true about the sensors, lifting shadows was painful with the Canon, lots of noise, banding, noise at base ISO etc.

            A7III is definitely a better bet at the moment for less money. A7R3 is superior in most areas.
