    Locked to US Region?

      Of course

  • Dang. Just bought one on sale at Green Man Gaming.

Thanks for posting, you're right, the deals don't pop up as much as they used to and usually only 5/10%. Great deal. (Which in turn leads to more great deals, the US PSN store is ace.)

Cheers OP. It's a shame that "Checkout with PayPal" seems to be borked - for me it just brings up the login screen then goes to my account. :|

    • I usually use my ING card. Always works out better than PayPal's conversion.

  • Thanks! Had a minor hiccup with the website during phone number verification, first order got cancelled and had to redo everything.

On a side note, I'd like to share that I always get my US funds topped up (at a discounted rate with additional discount code) via Gameflip under a seller known as Steam Pumpkin.

    • yeah i just topped up my US PSN profile with $60 USD with 18% off ~ $52 USD with processing fee from gameflip, i wasn't going to get that much credit but couldn't resist the 18% off.

      • Looks like that is finished.

What's the reason people in Australia buy stuff on the US store? Am I missing out on a deal here? :O

Sales are usually much better than our own store.

It used to be much better value when the dollar was stronger against the US, these days I find there are often better deals on the AU store. Every now and then they still have a decent flash sale on the US store where you can pickup great games for under $10 though, so I always keep a little in my account just in case.
