DSE guy told me tomtom maps (one XL) doesnt come with speed limits per street. You sure it will warn you dynamically like 40 zone at school, 50 at residential area, like that? What model you have?.
I too have tomtom 6 on my windows mobile phone - i think you are talking about the speed warning you set manually. Tomtom map dont know M4 got some place 90 , and some places 100/110, so it cannot warn your speed automatically. Mio maps got this on the map itself and tomtom certainly didnt have this.
Will they price match if showing this offer? Will be even good :-)
Tough negative vote there. $199 + $18 postage = $217. Although it’s the same price as Officeworks, but it’s cheaper than many other retailers. And you wouldn’t have to spend the time and drive to Officeworks and hope that they still have it in stock.
It’s not a bad deal I reckon.
pw2002au didn’t even say ShoppingSquare is ripping off. What is your basis here?
I think it is a bit harsh making a negative vote for an item that is the same price WITHOUT DELIVERY (btw, here is the link to Mio C220 at OfficeWorks. I know you can go into the shop to pick one up, but then you need to consider whether there is one in stock in your local OW.
Id just rather see shipping (for metro areas) included in the overall costs. I know its hard to compute and perhaps was a bit harsh with my negative … but find that if there is a negative against a bargain I’ll review it more carefully. If I see 20+ positives then I know its a good thing.

Mio GPS Maps are unique that it can warn over speed based on actual speed limit on streets
