That’s a awesome price which beats the $169.00 which is only in SYDNEY. 1 GB SD card is anyway less than $10.00 and I want to get a 4 or 8Gb anyway instead of 1GB. I am rushing to Tandy right away. Great find deeps :)

hmm well the memory cards at tandy are not $10, they’re $24 for a generic DSE whereas strathfield has a SanDisk one. Theres no tandy’s in the city anyway.

SD Cards are very common these days and can be had for very cheap. Also many people already have SD Cards lying around from other things

As I said before I would rather go for higher capacities at a better deal. I bought 8GB SD card for $59.00 from PLE

I bought the higher level of the Samsung Digicam (8 MP, 5x optical) for $179 in Dicksmith early this year. I can say the picture quality isn’t very satisfying especially during night time.

Okay for a casual picture but the Samsumg lens are nothing like the Carl Zeiss IMHO. Buy a Canon or something better if you are a more serious user.

It depends on ISO. My nikon (bought from tandy last year) got ISO800 and pretty good on dim lights. This should be better then that because of 1600.
