What’s an open day at Fitness First include? Is it more than a free tour of the facilities?

You can just get a 1 on 1 orientation on anyday by contacting them.

I went to the Fitness First in North Ryde and they use high pressure sales staff to encourage you to sign long contracts. If you ever try and cancel the membership in the “cooling off” period, they go on the offence again. Don’t deal with them unless you don’t mind contracts.
