I have no idea what Moon Sand is until I do a search, and found this. Also here is the description from the email from Toys R Us:

I actually went to Toys “R” Us yesterday evening. Bought a cheap kick scooter ($25) for my 3yo daughter. Presented the coupon and got a pack of Moon Sand. It actually came with a pretty good container, the pack contains a descent amount of Moon Sand to entertain a 3yo, but it does not have any mould to create anything interesting.
I guess it is the purpose of these kind of deals — a small amount to get you started, but not enough to do anything useful so you need to go back and buy more.
