You may make payments using any credit balance in your PayPal Account or using funds from your Australian bank account (“Nominated Bank Account”) or Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card (“Nominated Card Account”) that you designate and register with PayPal.

Yes, but it will take at least a few days to verify if you haven’t done so already, I think.

I used to be able to, but for some reason, my Westpac Amex doesn’t work with PayPal anymore. I’m not sure if it has to do with PayPal, or if its to do with Westpac.
