Lenovo Cashback problems?

Hi, Anyone receive the lenovo cashbacks? I purchased 2 lenovo back in March & April but still waiting to receive the cashbacks. I tried emailing them but they just send out the auto response (wait 2-3 weeks, then another 2-3 weeks etc)

As previously confirmed via email, your purchase has been validated and a Visa cash card valued at $100 will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Due to the high level of success of the cash back program, we expect there to be a delay of up to 2-3 weeks for your Visa cash card to arrive at your nominated address.

Seems so long for this redemption…..anyone else having this problem? Don't know who to contact to help chase this up…..

    i really hate cashback deals i remember doing a hp one for 150 dollars but got nothing.

    i waited around 2 months for acer if i remember right..
    but its all good.. =)
    just a long way.. its kinda good when u forget about it.. then it arrives in the mail.. its like hitting the jackpot.. lol

    Cecalia, did you ever receive your Visa cash cards from Lenovo? I am getting the same run around.

    Yes, I eventually did but had to chase them a few times and it arrived a LOT later than what they said it would be.

    Ceceilia, what is their phone number? or you just emailed them support@lenovopromo.com.au? I'm waiting my cashback and it's been more than 10 weeks as promised. Lenovo ohhh lenovo….
