I received an e-mail today from Kogan for 20% off Dyson products. This brought the V10 Animal down to $479 delivered.

Fyi, no use of getting someone's else code, the "Discount code" option isn't there in the cart/checkout page.

GUYS! The code is associated with the email it was sent to. For example, if I got an email with a code from Kogan to [email protected], and added a Dyson to cart, I would need to be logged in to that same account for the the "Discount Code" section to show.
I got it with 10% off coupon, still a good deal!

Pulled the trigger on this earlier today, but just changed my mind and cancelled the Kogan order:
Just bought the Absolute+ with dock for $720 from Dyson Australia store. ($180 more) https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/496550
The fluffy soft roller (which is not included with an animal) cannot be purchased separately from Dyson australia. If you wish to buy one later you need to import from UK or USA instead. These cost around $130-$150 on ebay. If you dont want the dok it can be likely sold for $85 - $120 on ebay. Given all this I prefer the Absolute.
The dok also includes additional vacuum attachments.
If the buy price had been $480 for the animal it would have been a harder decision. Seems as though people are ony getting 10% codes from kogan today however.

Does anyone know if Kogan will cancel in time, I've only made the purchase 2 hours ago.
I tried to cancel my order with Kogan just 3 hours after I placed it. They just ignored my request and processed with the order anyway, they just sent me an email saying it has posted.
They also don't accept returns for change of mind, which I am so surprised about, never have i expected this from an online retailer! If anyone want a Dyson V10 for $550 let me know :)

Just an FYI, these codes are generally provided a day or two after viewing an item while logged in. If there's a promotion being run, they send you a coupon code to entice you to buy.
So for this one, best to login to your account and look around on Dyson listings (or just try the V10 Animal). Could also add it to cart to increase your chances :)
Codes are unique also and are linked to the email address which it is sent to.

I followed your adviced and browsed the Dyson V10 animal / absolue on the kogan website, and I made sure I was logged in to the Kogan website Then afterwards in google clicking on competitors websites such as Dick Smith (same business I know) and Myer. I noticed google was tracking me as ads became related to dyson vacuum cleaners. This morning I got a 10% of selected Dyson vacuum cleaner codes. Bought one. Thanks. Anyone below requesting a code try this for yourself.
