If you spend less than $60 within 120 days after EastLink tolling starts you will receive a credit equal to the actual amount spent.

Does anyone know what this means?

“A $40 bonus credit is available for Breeze accounts opened before EastLink tolling starts by phone or at EastLink shops or customer centre.”

Does it mean you get $60 bonus credit when you apply online and only $40 when you call or apply in store?
