    I'd be wary of shopback. my cashback from the 15% aliexpress promo on 11/11 was incorrectly tracked and when I submitted an enquiry for missing cashback it got denied. may just stick to cashrewards.

      The Missing Cashback form is used for transactions that have not tracked at all, not for incorrect tracked amounts. As your cashback had already tracked, the claim would be rejected for this reason. As far as we're aware, we've already topped up accounts to add to the correct amounts.

        I did email CS stating my cashback was the incorrect even after it was apparently 'corrected'. The cash back I got is wrong, I calculated it myself three times and it still doesn't make any sense, it should be higher if it's 15%.

        And I'm not the only one who had incorrect cash back, there's quite a few even after it was supposedly corrected by shopback. I'm just warning others to be wary.

          This happened to me as well. Followed all their instructions to the tee and it was still rejected. Did it for a fairly big purchase as well. Now stuck without any discount at all. Highly disappointed.

      Agreed. I made a purchase on 11/11 on the eBay Flash sale. My purchase didn't track for a few days so a raised a missing cash back claim but got rejected. From the response I got from Shopback they agree I made a purchase on "eBay Flash Australia via the Shopback platform", yet it failed for reasons which I know didn't occur, but unfortunately cannot prove. They also cannot prove to me that I made any incorrect moves when ordering, but I have no power of the final decision.

      This deal may not be worth a lot of money, but beware if you are spending a big sum of money like I did. Do not expect the system to be reliable, or at the very least, screen record your purchase so you have proof.

        Only if you're purchasing an item from overseas say for $4.55 + 45c GST then that's below the minimum spend.

        Purchase locally with item price of $5 is fine.

      GST exclusion applies to international items as an additional GST charge applies at checkout. For local sellers an item for $5 is fine.
