Side-by-side Fridge

Hello all,

We’re looking for a new fridge and going for one of the side-by-side ones. Currently we’re juggling between Westinghouse (WSE6100SA) or Samsung (SRS626HNSS).

I’ve got a colleague recommending the Samsung brand, and have heard of them for a long time but not for fridges. Anyone have (or know someone who has) of either and has any comment regarding either brand in regards to reliability and customer service?

Try http://www.productreview.com.au/category.php?cat_id=1044 . They have good reviews for the Westinghouse - http://www.productreview.com.au/showitem.php?item_id=5689 . But none for the Samsung. I looked here before I brought my washing machine.

Thanks, will check that out.

Also found a review on Choice (www.choice.com.au) for the fridge we were looking at. Wasn’t one of the free reports though (cost $21.95 / 3 month subscription), but worth it for big ticket items like a fridge.
