It is whatever is already marked down, they normally put a red sticker on it with the marked down price
Same great bargains to be had. For example I bought a pair of my favorite black leather shoes for $39.50. Normally pay $75 when they are on sale! Only down side is that it’s only floor stock so if they don’t have your size, and trust me you have to be lucky to get in your size.
