I’ve never seen a 3.5” enclosure with power inside it, that wouldn’t be good considering heating being a problem with enclosures as it is, the 2.5” enclosures are the ones that uses smaller hard disks that can be powered through USB cable only. Though they are working on the next eSATA standard which will only require one eSATA cable to provide power and data.
