    How are you going to start queing up for 2 days in advance, you have to eat or go to the toilet at some stage. And what happens if someone takes your spot when you sleep? And wouldn't it be funny if Samsung decides to withdraw the offer right before it's your turn.

    ok, purchased return airfare for $120, no accomodation required since I will be heading straight to the store and sleep outside, buy the phone and fly back to Melbourne. still save at least $500. ONLY if I have the time.

    Something fishy, why would they give away 40 phones in 4 days with a total cost of over 20K (assuming $500 a pop cost price) . I doubt this is good advertisement for the shop. Most people will remember the address but not the name of the shop !!

      At the price it costs THEM for 50 phones this will be a great promotion. Methinks it was inspired by the Touchpad selloff, get people excited about a phone and some of the 99.9% of people who missed out will end getting a normal priced unit anyways. Get more people thinking/dreaming about owning your product, thats what its about.

    what is a reasonable time to go for this? now that it's all over ozbargain, what exactly is the "right/good" time, could be the night before to days in advance. It sucks that it's just limited to 10. Can we confirm location? Seems like it's at the traffic lights (on apple store side) to cross into strand arcade.
