out of stock James Squire Golden Ale 24pk $15.99 + Delivery @ Coles Online [Max 4 Per Customer]
This was posted 190 days ago, and might be an out-dated deal
Just found out through a friend that these are going cheap, assume a pricing error.
Ordered the maximum of 4, $5 for delivery (for a 3 hr window), or $9 (for a 2 hr window).
Worked out to be $63.96 + delivery
I have a receipt from my order so I guess I should be ok?
Edit: May be postcode related, mine is 2603. Delivery is tomorrow arvo so will keep it updated.
Edit 2: Coopers Sparkling Ale is even cheaper @ $14.99, and at least for my local shop it now shows that James Squire is out of stock.

matt_will_fix_it on 15/11/2011 - 06:14 ¶Only applies if you are charged more than the shelf price, not less.
weberkshire on 14/11/2011 - 20:55 ¶i would say this is the best bargain ever seen on ozbargain if it works. just ordered 16 cases. let's see how we go.

+1 voteI have my doubts this will be honoured now. There was 10 minutes between my first and second orders and in that time (based on my order numbers) there were 7,200 other orders placed. No wonder their website is so slow!
Ozbargain'd well and truly I'd say. And unlikely to be honoured by Coles.
+3 votesweberkshire on 14/11/2011 - 21:07 ¶i have a feeling it will be honoured because the squires and the coopers are the only beers with a 'Limit 4 Per Customer' note which would suggest it was planned.
caprimulgus on 14/11/2011 - 21:57 ¶meant to be on sale, yes.
meant to be on sale at $15.99, i very highly doubt it.
as someone who buys Golden Ale from coles online all the time (for work), i can tell you that $51.99 is probably the intended price.
but hey, fingers crossed!

14.99 > 41.99 Coopers
15.99 > 51.99 Golden AleNice work Colombo!

User 47267 on 14/11/2011 - 21:13 ¶PS- I ordered 4x the coopers and 4x the golden ale.
So $120 for 8 cases of beer… awesome
User 47267 on 14/11/2011 - 21:42 ¶Just went to place another order - Squires is saying out of stock now but ordered 4 more cases of the Coopers no worries.
weberkshire on 14/11/2011 - 21:21 ¶website T&C's don't mention anything about them being able to cancel an order once payment goes through…

lunar_wolf on 14/11/2011 - 21:30 ¶Fingers crossed for all those who have ordered. Unfortunately not available for WA :(
+ve as it's a good find all the same

$200 on beer doesn't feel so excessive when you're getting it delivered for around $1.75 a litre.
Phoenixsun6 on 14/11/2011 - 21:40 ¶Someone please get a screenshot, I want to take it to dans tomorrow

Looks like they've fixed it. Shows as $55 for me.
Interesting to know if you actually receive them.
