YES THE WEBSITE IS FOR SPECS ONLY. THE UNIT IS AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT DFO AND NO ITS NOT A REFURB.

YES IT DOES PLAY BLU-RAY HD-DVD AND MANY OTHER FORMS OF FULL HIGH DEFINITION FILMS AND IT ALSO COOKS EGGS THAT TASTE GREAT. AND FOR A LIMITED TIME YOU CAN HAVE THE NON STICK VERSION AS WELL.

Spec’s don’t state whether the MM cartridge output is processed through an inbuilt pre-amplifier for “normal” line-output level and equalization.

Yes it does have an inbuilt pre-amp so you can use it on any hifi or amplifier/receiver.

By the way, omar, if you’re a rep/employee for Sony DFO you should let OzBargain/scotty know so you can be marked as a rep. There’s no problem if you work there, it’s just nice to know who’s who. I’m basing my assumptions on your location which seems to be the Sony DFO address :)
