If you bought it from Officeworks they have a 7 days return policy no question ask.

Yep, that’s the return policy. I bought a portable DVD player a while back ago and used it. It was cheap and nasty. Return it the following day, no problems. Just say that it was not suitable. My Wollongong store has a table with all the return items mark down with a descrpiption on a blue lable “Not Suitable”. Also make sure u still have the original packaging.

You are correct duke9, I should have mentioned that also. Was focused on the E-SATA as when you look at some Coolermaster external hard drive cases as soon as you want E-SATA you certainly end up paying extra.

Just one thing on the credit card surcharge I noticed - if I pay via paypal then I dont get charged the ‘surcharge’. Surely Paypals charges are more than if you processed a credit card by yourself…..

What is not decent about this unit? The drive is the WD10EACS which is the Western Digital Green Power Drive with full manufacturer warranty. The enclosure might not be a Coolermaster X-Craft but it has E-SATA which further increases the value in this deal.
