OK, my friend sent this to me to fill out. It’s for Monash University Accident Research Centre.

If you have a drivers license, live in Metropolitan Melbourne (i.e. Melbourne & surrounding suburbs) and 30 minutes to spare, please fill it out. You’ll be sent a Hoyts movie voucher for your troubles! It’s completely anonymous.”

EDIT: I dont remember it asking about your driving license.

I had to use IE as Firefox 3 would end up at an error page.

Not a bad survey.

@Con4n007: They mention it on the first page, and since its about car system controls (radio, a/c etc) they want people that have driven a car.

Weird, worked for me with FF3. What was the error page?

I clicked the car type button and i get this:

Had a chat with my friend and apparently they have gotten a good amount of responses but then some of them were not from VIC. They have closed the survey.
