thank you. saw it too. would prefer a mono laser offering as the old colour one I had ran out of inks before empty, and when one ink ran out you could not use it. the consumables and laser toner not drying out are good for this mome use.
colour is a costly gimmick unless frequently used.

Same with AN Epson on I own. Once one ink is reported empty. Refuses to print till ink is replaced. Not a good idea. Should at least be able to have the option of using just black OR colour if there is still plenty left.

i have this model,

can confirm the above comments happens
ink randomly dries out and you have to replace it before the printer works again

USB only is a pain in the butt also

ah these ones "clean" themselves all the time and use up the ink (I think)
I would never waste money on ink again :P
