    YES, finally it's under $10. But it's a 45 day pre-order, so you will have to wait a long time before you see it in paperback.

      The hardback print was, yes. Not everyone want to buy the hardback print.

      The ebook has also been available on Google Books for some time, and for less than the hardback.
