Can't get onto Zenni Optical website - error message.

I have been trying to get onto the Zenni Optical website today and keep getting this message:

Could not connect to SQL db

I was on the site last night with no problems. Any idea what the error message means? This is the site:

Looks like they have some issues with database connection. Looks like they are on a dedicated server (or a virtual server) with LunarPages. Their database server might have crashed.

No reply but I see that the home page is up. No items in the categories though.
