Good deal, someone 'misplaced' the hdmi cable for my media pc at my house..

    To clarify, pre 1.4 speced cables don't have to comply with 1.4 stadards (ie 3d) however most pre 1.4 cables I have has the capacity or bandwidth to support 3d

      Weird. It happened instantly for me - when I used an address with the country set to Australia and proceed to checkout, it removes my items saying that they do not ship to this address. I'll have to give it another shot when I get home then (might not like me using my office address).

Curious to find out if I can see any major difference between these and an old HDMI cable I'm using at the moment to watch 3D Blu rays.

  You won't notice any difference, with all digital communication standards it either works or it doesn't. (or in some cases it has to drop to a lower quality) If you can watch a 3D bluray with your current cable any difference you see with these is likely to just be a placebo.
  
  That's why I will always buy these sort of <$5 cables instead of fancy ones.
