      Hi there, pretty much everything is imported stock - they don't make cameras and lenses in Australia sadly :(. I assume you mean is the stock parallel imported/grey market, and the answer is yes. The difference is however we hold the stock in Australia, and all products are repaired in Australia by Authorised Repair Agents. Any other questions, let me know.

          Give us a call, tell us what's wrong, we organise the product to get back to us, we then send it to a Canon Authorised Repairer either in Brisbane or Sydney, fix it and send it back to you :)

          If it is within 2 weeks, we pay for getting it back to us and then send it back to you, if it is outside of two weeks, you pay to send it back to us and we pay to send it back to you. Cheers

      Keep trying every 30 mins or so and you'll get there :) it only lets in a certain amount of people at a time.

    How do I find out how much is the shipping to Sydney?

      Shipping is dependant on the order value and if you want insurance:

      Under $100 Standard Shipping $6.95
      Over $100 Standard Shipping $12.95
      Express Shipping $16.95

      If you want shipping insurance, it is 1.3% extra, the amount will be given to you on checkout to decide what one you want :)

        Hey impoze, how we work is rather than buying our products from e.g. Canon in Australia, who buy it from Canon Japan, we buy it from wholesalers in Hong Kong, who buy massive amounts from Canon Japan, and hence we get a lower price. Everything is still made in the same factory, and the product is definitely just as good :)

    Terrible terrible site.

    Was going to buy the Canon S100 with 3 left in stock.
    Registered an account and accidentally closed my browser, now it won't let me login. When I click the reset password link it says an email has been sent, but nothing…..

    Registered with ANOTHER email address only to find that it is now sold out after fighting with the website and waiting for a new password for 45 minutes.

    I think you should really get some IT help!

      Similarly, the PowerShot S100 seems to keep switching between $403.76, $382.50 and about $345 (can't remember the exact value, but it was between $340 and $350).
