The dick Smith gaming clearance hasn't appealed to all due to the haphazard manner of leaking and the irregular stock levels but this deal is undoubtedly awesome.
And the majority of stores seem to have stock.

I just saw it in my local but the price seems unchanged online…

        I must say that while I do understand the skepticism when I first posted the deal, the increasing aggression and negativity on this site over the years has really started to get to me.

          Why do they have a voting system anyway? Why does the site encourage negative feedback? I don't get all the hoopla about mistakes in thread titles, lack of pictures, links etc. If you don't like the bargain you can look away. This is a great site but I sense it has flaws.

    I'm giving the OP a benefit of doubt as I was at one of the store yesterday and they were spending a fair bit of time slapping $5 stickers onto some of those games that's known to be $5. So I'd say pics or it didn't happen.

    Hey, so I did some leg work for a mate that wanted one by calling him and telling him what I saw on here. He and a friend went down to the local country Nsw store and ended up with 2 for that price. Time for me to hope down and see what else is there.

    can't think of any reason they are selling these before tomorrow?

    people come in store tomorrow, find everything they want gone, get pissed off, but then see the g27's and all is forgiven.
    but they wasted that chance by selling them today.

    Called up Lidcombe who had 30 or so G27s… They said it's $139 at every other store except their one. Reason was "Our store is going through some changes right now. It's weird". I don't really need one so probably won't drive anywhere far to get one. Goodluck to everyone else! Burwood is out of stock too!
