Excellent condition, no scratches (always had a smart cover on it)

It is comes with a green smart cover and original box etc.

Provided is the original receipt for warranty purposes.

      Sorry tools were a joke, hence the lol (yes some brand name stuff but honestly worth maybe $250 tops, plus the fact that I actually need them).
      
      As for how much cash on top of either iphone, thats for you to say? Maybe another $100 on top? I dunno.
