  I'm amazed we don't see more kids missing their front teeth because of these scooter designs. What happened to good old-fashioned bicycles? Oh i forgot, helmets became 'untrendy'.

    The key advantage of scooters over bicycles is size.

    I can easily fit 4-5 scooters on the floor of my car (at the kids feet). I'd have real trouble fitting more than 1 bike in.

    A quick google search for "spectrum scooter" found the same scooter (sold out though) at DealsDirect:
