Actually the site is hosted in Australia, which is suprising as most startups / businesses choose to host overseas as it is cheaper.

Definately looks genuine to me, nice quick free, and easy to use.

You can’t register a .com.au domain name without an ABN number. And I look it up from the net, it’s registered under Python Technologies with Australian Business Number.

But seriously, why would you bother trying to sell your car on a website with such little exposure.

There are only 2 cars from WA listed on there!

Well first of all it’s free. So worst case scenario your car doesn’t sell, at least your not out of pocket. And all sites start somewhere.

Plus your against little competition, some of the bigger sites boast 180,000 ads, thats a lot of advertisements your up against.

I know for a fact i’ve had equal exposure from carsales, and carbarter. Which is good, but I think I’m one of the lucky ones. It depends on the car your selling and the price your after and the condition and how you place your ad.

I’d definately give these guys ago, as I said theres nothing really to lose.
