+2 votesLow Self Discharge, just means they don't go flat quickly if left sitting around like non LSD variants. i think they claim 80% retention after 3 years or something like that.
I had some Aldi Ultracell AA's that I bought less than 2 years ago, found them again recently and not only were they dead flat, they had all leaked. I was going to bin them but I decided to take them back, got my $10 back even without a receipt :) Flapping junk.
Ok, just found a pack and on the back they claim 90% retention at 6 months, 75% at 3 years. This is AA's though, the AAA might be different.
Edit: Didn't see it at first, up the top of this post it says the AAA's are also 75% after 3 years.
Lucky you, I didn't get my money back. I ordered some a few months back. Called them after a month and they said they were probably lost in the mail and after me calling back twice they agreed to send another set. Guess what, second set didn't arrive either. This mistake and the fallout couldn't happen to a better company.

Looking at everything else Eneloop on their site, I was suspecting it might be a mistake too. I ordered one, will see what happens. If I get dicked around I'll just initiate a chargeback after giving them reasonable time and opportunity to either make good or refund.
I've got some screen captures and google never forgets either. DSE do the same when they have them on special too, description says 8 but details say 4, presumably because it's a 4 pack and there's 2 of them in the deal and they just copy paste the details of the 4 pack over.

+2 votesMy goodness, that's terrible. That's a trust-killing mistake right there. They said on the website "best web price" (which it would have been for the 8-pack, by far!) when you can easily find the 4-pack at < $17.
This smells all wrong, I'm shocked since JJ have previously had some brilliant deals.

Wow that's pretty poor form. They could have at least contacted purchasers and let them know about the error, given them the option of a refund or buy them at the correct price of $27.95
Certainly a company to avoid for future purchases if this is how they deal with problems.
Deal is clearly for 4 pack ONLY as everything on the website refers to 4 pack as 8 pack is 27.95 NO DEAL
